I’m Nas, a fully qualified psychotherapist.

My experience in the mental health field spans diverse roles, including working with children and adolescents, older adults, neurodivergent individuals, asylum seekers, and as a bereavement support volunteer. These experiences have provided me with invaluable life lessons for which I am deeply grateful.

My decision to pursue psychotherapy was shaped by these multifaceted roles and enriched by my own personal journey.

My work as a therapist is deeply grounded in offering a therapeutic experience that allows you to feel empowered, safe, and comfortable. My work centres around helping clients gain the insight and understanding into what is not working, and how to act in a way that coincides with what they are most wanting for themselves and their lives.

As a psychotherapist, I have worked with adults through a local charity and with adolescents in a school setting. Alongside my private practice, I also work as a specialist mentor in HE (mental health – ASD).
